AI frees people up.
It won’t replace your people. It takes the repetitive work off their desk, so they can do the work only they can do.
Open source is the base. Tuning is the value.
I don’t resell open source with a nice layer on top. The value is in fitting it to how you actually work.
Time is the scarce thing.
Anyone can now build what they can put into words. What it really costs is time: learning, trying, failing. That’s what you buy back.

How I price
You pay what it cost me to build. Mistakes included.
I price a product at roughly the tokens it took to build it, every wrong turn along the way included. So buying it costs about the same as building it yourself, without the time and without the mistakes.
