Blastworks
Terms of Service
Blastworks — last updated 17 October 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
Kristof Kennes, trading as Blastworks (sole proprietorship), Kuytekopstraat 5 bus GVL0, 2880 Bornem, Belgium. Enterprise number 0795.868.271. Email: blastworksai@gmail.com. These terms cover this website, enquiries and bookings made through it, and the products and licences I sell from it. How I handle personal data is described in my Privacy Policy.
2. Prices and orders
The price that applies is the price shown for the product or training when you order or book, unless we agree otherwise in writing. An enquiry is not a booking or an order: training and custom work are only booked once we have confirmed scope and date in writing. Custom builds are priced before I build — you see the price and the maths up front, and no build starts without them. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
3. BlastCast licence
BlastCast is sold as a perpetual licence for one payment: yours for life. One licence is for one person, on their own computers, for personal and commercial use, and includes all future updates. Online checkout for BlastCast is not open yet. These terms will be updated, and will name the payment provider, before it opens. Once it is open, your licence key, download links and invoice arrive by email after payment. Keep the key safe; it identifies your licence.
When you buy, you ask for delivery after payment and acknowledge that delivery of the download and licence key begins then. Once delivery has begun, there is no refund, except where EU or Belgian law gives you a right that cannot be given up — including your rights if the digital content is faulty.
4. AI Training
Training is delivered in Dutch or English, on site wherever your team works, for up to 8 participants. We start with a 30-minute call. Dates and the level or session you booked are confirmed in writing before the training takes place.
5. Repute
Repute is priced one-off. The price covers setting Repute up on your own server for up to 20 mailboxes: each mailbox runs as its own instance, and all of them share one knowledge base that learns from your replies. Ongoing support is not included. I do not host Repute for you and I do not see your email: your data stays on your server and remains yours. Repute starts in shadow mode, then proposes replies for approval, and only answers on its own where you allow it; uncertain cases escalate to you. It currently works with Gmail; Outlook is planned.
6. Care and liability
I provide my products and services with care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, if something I supplied causes you loss, my liability is limited to what you paid me for that product or service.
7. Third-party services
Where a tool connects to third-party services (such as YouTube), that use is governed by those services’ own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Open-source components remain under their own licences; see Open-source credits.
