The three phases
Shadowing
Upload your knowledge docs. The model discovers scenarios automatically and learns from real message-and-reply examples you feed it. Nothing is sent — it only watches how you answer.
Proposing
Connect your live mailbox: Gmail today, Outlook next. Repute drafts a reply to every incoming message. You approve or correct, and every decision trains the model.
Autonomous
The model sends replies on its own, only in the scenarios you have allowed. You review the log, flag anything that is not right, and demote a scenario back if needed. Uncertain cases still escalate to you.
What you can check
Proposal Log
The full audit trail. Every proposal ever made, every decision taken, and what the model learnt from each correction.
Admin
Thresholds, channel connections, open escalations, and a full overview of every scenario and its current phase.
Autonomy is earned
A scenario only moves up a phase on your say-so, and it can always be demoted back. Nothing answers on its own by default.

Repute is €8,000, one-off. The demo runs on my machine with fictional emails, so your mail is never sent to me. Once you buy, I set it up on your own infrastructure, and I never see your email.
